STUDIO TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read through the Terms and Conditions on our website thoroughly before enrolling for a class. When registering as a client at Common Ground Studio, you agree to the terms and conditions as laid out on our website,
Our studio is an inclusive space. We will not tolerate any kind of discrimination or behaviour that creates a hostile and unpleasant environment for staff or members.
We endeavour to deliver all our classes on time and as advertised, however classes are subject to change or cancelation without notice. Common Ground Studio is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason.
Out of consideration for the teacher and other clients we ask that you arrive at least 2-5 minutes before the start time of the class.
If a class you would like to attend is fully booked please sign up for the waiting list. Should a place become available then you will be added automatically before the scheduled class. An email will be sent to you confirming your space in that class. Our 12hr cancellation policy still applies here, if you get a space in a class and cancel after the 12hr window a class will be deducted. Please remove yourself from the waitlist if you can no longer attend with short notice.
If only two people are booked in to a class, we reserve the right to cancel this class. You will be notified by email or text and your session will be credited back to your account.
Cancellations/rescheduling classes need to be made more than 12 hours prior to your class commencing. Late cancellations will incur a lost session for all Intro Offers/Class Passes/Memberships/Private sessions. Unlimited Memberships will incur a $10 cancellation fee.
Sessions are not transferrable to another individual and cannot be used by another person. If someone other than the person booked into the class arrives to use the session, they will be asked to create an account and purchase their own sessions.
