Class Types

 

Level 1 Reformer

In our level 1 class we work through the foundations of reformer Pilates with a strong focus on building strength and stamina through a full body, resistance based workout. With correct form and activation you will be challenged whether you are just starting your Reformer journey or have prior experience.

* All new members without previous Reformer experience must start with our Level 1 class.

Level 2 Reformer

Level 2 intermediate class is designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and skill on the Reformer through a dynamic full body workout. Your instructors will guide you through a contemporary Pilates flow with intermediate to advanced layers.

*Prior Reformer experience required. Please note this class is not suitable for clients with active injuries or medical conditions.

Cardio Strength

In our Cardio strength class we combine dynamic reformer Pilates moves with functional strength training to raise your heart rate and flow those feel good endorphins. 

In this class we use the entire reformer as our ‘gym’. We play with heavier springs and weights to superset exercises both on and off the reformer. This is a full body workout which challenges your cardio, strength and stability whilst keeping the Pilates foundations at the heart of your movement. 

* This is an intermediate level class, prior reformer experience is required. This class is not suitable for active injuries or prenatal clients. 

Stretch & Activate

Stretch & Activate is a slow paced class designed to increase flexibility, improve balance and draw focus to the correct activation of your muscles. With the assistance of the Reformer bed these gentle flows combine dynamic and static movement to release tension and reset the body.
